Prager & Co., LLC is an investment banking firm with offices in San Francisco and New York City. The primary investment banking activities of the firm involve the structuring and underwriting of tax-exempt fixed income securities and the providing of financial advisory services to nonprofit and governmental borrowers. The firm's clients include colleges, universities, healthcare organizations, cultural institutions, social service agencies, and state and local governments. The firm employs approximately thirty people engaged in public finance investment banking, underwriting, sales, and trading.
